1、传送系统采用传送电机扭矩保护系统和餐具过载保护系统，并可根据客户的需求调节链条传送速度；

The transmission system adopts torque protection system of transmission motor and overload protection system of tableware, and can adjust the transmission   of chain according to customers' needs.

2、加热模式采用电加热方式，也可根据客户要求改为蒸汽、天然气等加热方式，加热器功率可根据进水温度不同进行调节，有效降低能耗

The heating mode adopts electric heating, or can be changed to steam, natural gas and other heating methods according to customer requirements. The power of the heater can be adjusted according to different inlet water temperature to effectively reduce energy consumption.

安全可靠

SAFE AND RELIABLE

1、洗碗机运行时，一旦检测门意外开启，水泵及传动电机即刻自动关闭，防止热水溅出，安全舒心;

When the dishwasher is under operation, the pump and the driving motor will automatically close once the detecting gate opens by accident, to prevent hot water from piling.It' s safe and comfortable.

2、烘干设置高温红外线加热管，双风机五风刀设计形成环形闭环气流装置可使餐具表面的各个部分通过均等的热感气流，使餐具干燥整体迅速。

High temperature infrared heating pipe is set for drying, and circular closed-loop air flow device is formed by double fans and five air knives, which can make each part of tableware surface pass through equal thermal air flow and make tableware dry comprehensively and rapidly.

3、密封式清洗室和挡水帘的设计，可降低热量和蒸汽散失，也可防止水流外溅；

The design of sealed cleaning chamber and water curtain can reduce heat and steam loss and prevent water splashing.

4、餐具出口端配置自动停机保护装置，防止餐具因未及时卸载而造成破损；

The outlet of tableware is equipped with automatic shutdown protection device to prevent tableware from being damaged due to not unloading in time.

1、清洗阶段采用循环水自洁净模式，洗碗机内部采用双层循环过滤装置，大容量不锈钢隔渣筛盘和大型深隔渣筛篮均可拆卸下来，方便清洗；

2、当餐具进入高温喷淋区，喷淋系统自动开启，达到节能效果；

When tabiewares enter the high temperature spraying area, the spraying system will open automatically, achieving the ffct of energy saving.

3、喷淋系统采用防堵喷孔设计，60度扇型的超高压喷水形态的设计，加强清洗能力，扩大喷洗范围，确保洗涤效果。
